I love their products only I wouldn't…

I love their products but I wouldn't recommend ordering online. I had points to use up so idea I would go off at that place rather than a shop as I exercise usually. Client service is non good and subsequently 8 days in the UK my package had gone AWOL with Yodel (dodgy company if you lot ask me) I doubt I'll get my bundle or refund at this charge per unit. So disappointed!!

Practise NOT order from their website. Spent over 150$ a Month agone and still haven't received my products (I'm currently in Germany and they shipped from the U.k. so there is admittedly no reason for why it'southward taken this long). Ive messaged and emailed them multiple times just to exist told to continue waiting another 3-5 business days. Ridiculous.

Honey their products but customer service is bloodcurdling. Recently ordered some things on elfcosmetics.co.britain just the package never arrived. I emailed their customer service squad and they said do I want a refund or a replacement, I said I want a refund since i of the products I bought was sold out. They said OK. However, its been two weeks now and no refund has been given, I asked them why and received no answer. I then said if you don't desire to refund me then send a replacement when your product is dorsum in stock and I saw that it was. I received no reply. I've been emailing at to the lowest degree six times at present and I've been completely ignored. They won't refund me or send a replacement. It'southward a shame because I really similar their products only they won't deliver it or refund me or supercede it so will not be ordering with them over again.

some of the products are good although they seem to discontinue the all-time ones. the trouble is the shipping! information technology'south terrible even if you pay for shipping. if you pay for shipping in hope that your product will come in a normal amount of time it probably still won't arrive in a timely mode. for years their aircraft was fine. the terminal 3 years i take ordered 1 club a year to test out the shipping and nope. i get a text saying it's coming in 3 days and instead two weeks afterward information technology shows up. customer service is the worst simply probably since people are fed upwards. i emailed them and they sent me an email of someone else's order that was delivered. that person lived in NJ. i alive in southern california.

Probably not for older women…

The makeup isn't that slap-up. The Camo powder shade of tan was actually orange. For the price, this might exist okay for young teenagers merely starting to use makeup. If yous are a little older or with skin issues this might non be for y'all. However, the castor ready was excellent for the price. The shipment came in a timely manner and was packaged VERY well.

Will non stop emailing

I signed upwardly for their emails, but accept since lost my involvement in their products. I have all of the options on their actual site deselected and opted to not receive emails, they continue to send them. I emailed them directly and asked them to stop emailing me, they told me to transport an email to a specific electronic mail address to unsubscribe. I've emailed them three times at that address and I still continue to get promotional emails.

After seeing the negative reviews, i was a chip scared of ordering. Notwithstanding, i idea i should have the adventure. The orders take longer to arrive, mine did 1 week merely the website shows transparency and informs customers on the delay. This has been the first time i have ordered from the company and my items arrived in excellent package and non damaged. The items are very well packed and they are a practiced value for money. It appears that we all feel the same fashion about E.L.F., the products are groovy, but their customer service and shipping is horrible. I am actually surprised at how horrible their customer service is and I am still waiting on items. It'due south better non to order directly from them, which is horrible. How is this okay? No one in management cares?

Never again

I made an guild on October 5th, they sent an email of guild confirmation then I didn't recieved whatever more updates. I waited until Oct 25th (they said that the delivery would be around that date), but nonetheless zippo, then I sent an e-mail. Then they said the club was cancelled, without whatever explication, and I only new information technology bc I sent an e-mail asking for it, otherwise I would probably take lost my money. I won't but from them once more.

Never again.

I'll be honest, I but ordered from them one time several years ago and I cannot bring myself to e'er social club from them again. Actually, the experience left such a bad taste in my oral fissure that I don't even buy their products in store at Walmart, etc. Basically, I placed a $100 order that took over 4 weeks to get to me, and when information technology did I had to pay $100 in duties and taxes in Canada... what IS that!? When I brought both issues up to customer service they might has well have only shrugged, equally they didn't care at all.

Misleading and non transparent about shipping times

The aircraft times are horrendous and the website mislead me to believe they would be sent from the UK which they are sent from America. They will not let y'all cancel an order once placed. It'southward much meliorate to buy from boots who actually have UK stock

The eyelash curler cutting my lashes off!!!!!!!

So I purchased the E.50.f cosmetics eyelash curler from Target the other 24-hour interval and information technology literally cut my fricken lashes off!!!!! I have a huge gap in my lashes and all I want to do is ball my optics out!!!! How do you sell a product that is so fricken abrupt it cuts your lashes off?!?!? Like AAAAHHHHH … lashes are like every woman's security blanket!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 I'g devastated!!! I feel like I sound so Superficial, but it'south my FRICKEN lashes!!!!!

Amazing products, not and so not bad shipping

I order from them a month ago. I immediately got an order confirmation but didn't receive any update after that. After a month of waiting I contacted customer service. They were very kind and answered within ii days. They offered to resend the product or a refund. I asked to resend the products and they arrived 3 days after. The products are amazing tho!

Great service. I was concerned I didn't receive an e-mail of confirmation. I emailed got a response in 24 hrs as stated. I was worried with the comments when they said it had Been dispatched after 2 days of ordering. I queried it only I got my products 5 days after order in peachy status and love the product. Its more than like a powder very dry was expecting moisture and it emphasized wrinkles. Tube wasnt very full either. Awful stuff not for me waste of money. I tried mixing information technology into moisturiser but didnt work. I ordered the Good Liquid Liner in…

I ordered the Expert Liquid Liner in August of 2020 as a back upward of the one I was using. Non realizing that information technology lasted and so long, when I finally opened the one from August 2020.. it was still in the original package.. it was dry. I was highly disappointed. I called customer service and they said they cannot supervene upon it equally it was over the certain amount of time. Non happy near that response.
